1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VibeConnect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VibeConnect is a platform that connects Vibe Coders (individuals who create AI-generated code) with Software Engineers (professionals who can review, debug, test, and productionize code). The Platform facilitates project collaboration, communication, and payment processing between users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Roles

4.1 Vibe Coders

Vibe Coders are users who post projects seeking assistance with AI-generated code. Vibe Coders agree to provide clear project requirements, respond to engineer inquiries in a timely manner, and pay for services as agreed upon.

4.2 Software Engineers

Software Engineers are verified professionals who provide code review, debugging, testing, and development services. Engineers agree to maintain professional standards, deliver quality work, and communicate transparently with clients.

5. Payments and Fees

The Platform uses an escrow system to facilitate secure payments between Vibe Coders and Engineers. Platform fees are deducted from payments as disclosed during the transaction process. All payments are processed through our secure payment provider.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to completed work transfer from the Engineer to the Vibe Coder, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users retain ownership of content they create and share on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Circumvent the Platform's payment system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or reviews

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, the Platform provides a mediation process. Users agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's dispute system before seeking external remedies. The Platform's decision on disputes is final regarding escrow fund releases.

9. Limitation of Liability

VibeConnect provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality of work performed by users or the reliability of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completing any pending transactions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
